Red wineWhite wineDiemersfontein Wine - For the Birds!

The owners of Diemersfontein Wine and Country Estate, David and Sue Sonnenberg, approached BirdLife South Africa in early 2010 with the desire to contribute to bird conservation. Their idea was to create a wine, which has been named "For the Birds!" and to donate a portion of the sales to BirdLife South Africa. This initiative was the reason for the establishment of the Save Our Seabirds (SOS) Fund. The Sonnenbergs donated R30 000 to kickstart the SOS Fund, thereby becoming the founding patrons.

Play a part in seabird conservation and contribute to the building of the SOS Fund by drinking "For the Birds!"
For the Birds! wine can be purchased online from Diemersfontein Wine Estate at www.diemersfontein.co.za, as well as certain Pick ‘n Pay stores in the Western Cape.
